Full pricing is shared privately during onboarding or consultation to ensure clarity and alignment with each person’s needs.

Do you publish your hourly or recruitment fees?

No — we keep all pricing private. This protects participants, employers and partners from unnecessary comparison and ensures we can tailor fees ethically to each situation. You will always receive clear, upfront pricing before any service begins.

What support level does InnovateMe provide for home‑care discharge?

InnovateMe provides Level 2 Coordination of Supports for home‑care discharge cases. This includes environmental safety checks, home‑care setup, provider communication, transport coordination and settling‑in support. We do not deliver psychological or behavioural interventions, so Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination does not apply.

How do temporary staffing fees work?

Temporary staffing is offered through a simple, transparent consultancy fee structure based on role complexity. This model keeps staffing fair, ethical and sustainable for organisations while ensuring workers are fully vetted and values‑aligned. Full details are provided privately during onboarding.

How do permanent recruitment fees work?

Permanent placement fees are customised and typically more accessible than traditional agency rates. Because InnovateMe is founder‑led, we deliver premium recruitment without agency overheads. Exact fees are shared during consultation.

Are your staff fully vetted and compliant?

Yes. All staff hold mandatory checks including Working With Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Safety & Quality Module. Compliance is central to our commitment to safe, ethical and high‑quality care.

Do you support Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 NDIS participants?

Absolutely. InnovateMe supports all levels through values‑aligned coordination, community engagement and staffing solutions tailored to each person’s goals, complexity and environment.
