Nameeta Narayan is the Founder & Principal Consultant of InnovateMe Consultancy, a boutique, founder-led service supporting NDIS workforce solutions and safe transitions from hospital to home across Greater Western Sydney.
With experience spanning disability employment, recruitment, client services and frontline support, Nameeta brings together empathy, precision and practical problem-solving to create clearer, more connected support pathways for participants and their families.
InnovateMe was born from her belief that navigating care and support should not feel overwhelming. Families deserve clarity, communication and genuine human connection when it matters most.
Today, Nameeta focuses on connecting participants with suitable NDIS-ready professionals, supporting home-discharge pathways, and collaborating with providers, support coordinators and plan managers to help establish reliable care arrangements.

🌿Where It Began
When my father suffered a spinal cord injury, my family experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate healthcare, discharge and finding the right support.
Through advocacy, persistence and the right connections, I helped create a home-care pathway that gave my father the dignity, safety and quality of care he deserved.
That experience changed me.

Years later, I continued seeing families face similar challenges — feeling overwhelmed, uncertain and sometimes unheard.
I realised that what began as my family's experience could become a purpose: helping others navigate their care journey with greater clarity, confidence and compassion.
